The Federal University Gashua (FUGASHUA) is one of the Nigerian federal universities situated at Gashua; a community in Gashua Local Government Area of Yobe State, the North-Eastern part of the country.
FUGASHUA is one of the recently established federal universities in the year 2013 and was approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC) to offer undergraduate degree certifications on the various departments as listed below.
However, if you are among those searching if Federal University Gashua (FUGASHUA) offers postgraduate programmes; it is worthy to note that the university being established recently, has not been approved for postgraduate studies yet.

Federal University Gashua * FUGASHUA Admission
FUGASHUA, been National Universities Commission approved its admission is based on the NUC specifications which are as follows:
Candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes in O’level WAEC/GCE/NECO/NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics plus three (3) other subjects relevant to the FUGASHUA aspired course/department.
Aspirants must choose the university as their first choice in the current year JAMB UTME as well obtain the minimum JAMB cut off mark for the Federal University Gashua which is 180 points.
Having acquired the above standards, candidates should register for the current year FUGASHUA Post UTME; sit for the Screening/Post UTME exam and score the minimum departmental cut off mark for the chosen course,
Although scoring the minimum departmental cut off mark might not be just enough to secure an admission into a chosen department because those with the highest marks are selected firstly,
so aspirants reading this should endeavour not to rely on the specified cut off point in other to be on the advantageous side and the same is applicable in the FUGASHUA JAMB cut off point.
