Available Positions For The Nigerian Army University Biu Recruitment
Lecturer I (CONUASS 04)
REQUIREMENTS
Applicant should have a PhD certification in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Lecturer II and also a minimum of 5 publications in reputable journals as well as 2 edit conference proceedings.
OR
Applicant should possess a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Lecturer II with and a minimum of 5 scholarly publications in a reputable journal as well as 3 edited conference proceedings.
Must not be above the age of Sixty (60) years by the time of appointment.
Should be proficient in verbal and written communication.
The applicant must be mentally and physically fit.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical as well as evaluating skill is required.
Applicants must have proven considerable ability, competence, industry, and moral integrity.
Candidates should be free from any moral, social and financial embarrassment.
Reader (CONUASS 06)
REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must have a PhD certification in a relevant field with at a minimum of Nine (9) years post-qualification experience and at least 3 years of working experience as a Senior Lecturer.
Applicant must have a reputable background of research with at least 8 edited conference proceedings.
Good administrative experience and proven integrity are required.
The applicant should have general academic leadership and mentorship capability.
Favourable external assessment.
The applicant must be currently working Senior Lecturer.
Should be proficient in verbal and written communication.
Postgraduate supervision at PhD and Master’s levels is a must.
Ability to disperse knowledge through professional and academic activities.
Must not be above the age of Sixty (60) years by the time of appointment.
Should be proficient in verbal and written communication.

Senior Lecturer (CONUASS 05)
REQUIREMENTS

Should be proficient in verbal and written communication.
The candidate should have considerable evidence of the potential for continuous research activities and academic leadership.
Must not be above the age of Sixty (60) years by the time of appointment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical as well as evaluating skill is required.

Professor (CONUASS 07)
REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must possess a PhD certification in a relevant field with a minimum of 12 years post-qualification experience as well as a minimum of 3 years experience as a Reader.
Applicant must have good research with at least 15 journal publications and at least 10 edited conference proceedings.
Good academic leadership and mentorship capability.
Postgraduate supervision at PhD and Master’s levels is a must for this position.
Applicants must have the ability to disperse knowledge through professional and academic activities.
Applicants must possess the administrative skill, ability and experience spotless integrity.
Favourable external assessment.
The applicant must be currently working as a Reader or should be awaiting external assessment for the position.
Regularly carry out successful and productive research according to the authority’s goal in the area of specialization.
Applicants must have a 75% maximum scored under research in the area of specialization.
The applicant must be mentally and physically fit.
The candidate should have considerable evidence of the potential for continuous research activities and academic leadership.
Must not be above the age of Sixty (60) years by the time of appointment.
