UBTH SCHOOL OF NURSING ADMISSION 2021/2022
The UBTH School of Nursing is inviting applications from the eligible and interested individuals to its admissions into the 2021/2022 academic session which will run for three (3) years long after which the graduates are awarded Registered Nurse (RN) Certificate.
Aspirants must ensure that the below-listed requirements are met before proceeding to application procedures as all payments made along the line are not refundable.
UBTH School Of Nursing Requirement
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 years to 34 years.
Applicant must possess at least five Credit passes in WASCE/GCE/NECO English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry obtained in not more than two sittings.

The eligible candidates should visit any commercial bank in Nigeria and make a non-refundable payment of Ten Thousand (10,000) Naira through REMITA platform to UBTH TSA Account Name: TRAINING SCHOOL- SCHOOL OF NURSING.
Also make a payment of two hundred (200) Naira to Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee Edo State First Bank Account-No: 2004854377.
Collect evidence of payments and go to the office of the Principal, UBTH, Benin City, and obtain the application form.
Fill and complete the application form accurately and submit it to the office of the Principal, UBTH, Benin City alongside your four (4) recent colored passport photographs which must be taken not more than two weeks prior.
Important Notice
Candidates should come with documents stating age, state of origin. local government area, school(s) attended with qualifications in possession.
Application forms submission deadline is Monday 2nd August 2021.
The entrance examination date is Saturday 7th of August 2021 at 10:00 am.
