The Young Graduate Program (YGP) is an 18 months program which starts with a 6 month – 9 months program in Total Nigeria Plc, and it’s organized for the young and fresh graduates who are motivated and passionate with excellent academic grades in Engineering, Marketing, and Finance fields to join more than 500 Young Graduate in the Total Young Graduate Programme.
Requirements for the Total Young Graduate Programme
- Applicant must not be more than 26 years of age.
- Applicant must be a bachelors graduate with a minimum degree of 2nd Class Upper.
- Must be a fresh graduate with post-graduate work experience not more than 2 years.
- Applicant must be geographically mobile.
- He/she should be able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- He/she should be a team player.
- Good in verbal and written English is required.
- Should be self-driven.
- Must be innovative and willing to learn.
