Delta Youths STEP Cycle 2021 Application Form Portal

Delta State Government is calling on the eligible candidates to apply for the Delta Youths STEP Cycle 2021 as the application form is currently available.

STEP which stands for Skill Training and Entrepreneurship programme is a scheme by the state governments through the job and Wealth Creation Bureau to train and support eligible Delta Youths on the following skills listed below.

This program is for unemployed youths.

How To Apply For The Delta Youths STEP Cycle

The Delta Youths STEP Cycle application forms will be distributed on the 25 Local Government Areas 

starting from Monday, February 22 to Friday, February 26, 2021.

So eligibly interested individuals should proceed to the nearest local government council headquarters office in the state with any government-approved means of identification such as National Identity Card, Permanent Voter Card, International Passport or National Driver’s License and collect, complete, and submit the application on or before the stipulated time.

Candidates must adhere to all the COVID-19 prevention protocols including the compulsory wearing of face masks.

Note: check the Pointer Newspaper of Friday, February 19, 2021, for approved venues in the 25 LGAs.

Important Notice

The application submission deadline is Friday, February 26, 2021.

Those benefiting from previous and current State Government job creation and youth empowerment programmes such as STEP, YAGEP, RYSA, GEST, and WESAP should not apply.
