Human Resources Director – GL05

Roles

• The director will be in charge of strategic management of the Human Resources as well as Administrative activities in their respective agencies to help the government in realizing its objectives.
• Directs the preparation of HR Documents and ensures HR processes are adhered to and accurately made available on time with reliable Human Resources information.

Requirements

• A degree certification in social science or humanities from a recognized institution of learning.
• Must be a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).
• Minimum of 16 years cognate experience.
• Additional qualifications will be an added advantage.

Public Relations Officer – GL09

Roles

• The officer will develop, inspect as well as deliver PR strategies and campaigns.
• Prepares press releases as well as promotional materials.
• He/she builds positive relationships with stakeholders, media, and the general public.

Requirements

• A degree certification in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline from a recognized institution of learning.
• Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in managing media relations such as online, broadcast, and print.

Zonal Manager – GL09

Roles

• The manager will supervise and coordinate all tax offices within the given Zone.
•  Ensures revenue targets are obtainable for all the different revenue types within the given zone.
• Also ensures the effectiveness of key internal revenue processes (assessment, collection, filing of returns, enforcement, etc).

Requirements

• A degree certification in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics & Statistics, or related field from a recognized institution of learning.
• At least 10 years’ cognate experience with extensive knowledge of individual/corporate/ partnership tax law and practice is a must-have.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be registered with CITN, ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, or any other relevant professional body.

Data Analyst – GL11

Roles

• The Analyst will collect, interpret and analyze data to generate the information required to improve planning efficiency.
• Monitors revenue collection across the state.

Requirements

• A degree certification in mathematics, economics, business studies, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized institution of learning.
• A minimum of 6 years’ cognate working experience is required.
• Professional certification in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) is required.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize and disseminate information.
• Must be adept at report writing, preparation and presentations.

Business Analyst – GL11

Roles

• The role player helps in the strategic planning process.
• Operates and maintains business information systems.
• Perform detailed analysis and process documentation.

Requirements

• A degree certification in mathematics, economics, business studies, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized institution of learning.
• A minimum of 5 years’ cognate working experience is required.
• Professional certification in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) is required.
• Must be detailed oriented and possess basic knowledge of process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Database Manager – GL09

Roles

• The manager will design, implement, build as well as support applications and tools for the Internal Revenue Information/Data management.
• Ensures the database is up and running every 24/7.
• Provides a seamless flow of information to ensure the backend data structure, as well as frontend, are accessible for end-users.

Requirements

• A degree certification in Computer Science or related discipline from a recognized Institution of learning.
• Minimum of 10 years experience with the use of SQL Server, MySQL, Linux, and Windows server.

General Requirements
