Federal Teachers Scheme (FTS) Recruitment 2021/2022
The Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) is calling on the interested qualified Nigerians to apply for the Federal Teachers (FTS) recruitment 2021/2022.
Federal Teachers Scheme (FTS) is an intervention program created by the federal government in the year 2006 to help tackle the problems of basic education level teachers shortage in the country. This program is set to run for two (2) years in which the beneficiaries will be paid 30,000 Naira monthly salary.
Interested applicants should endeavor to possess the below-listed criteria before proceeding to the application.
Requirements For The Federal Teachers Scheme (FTS)
>>Applicants must be holders of either a Bachelor’s Degree Certification in Education or a Bachelor degree with Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), with at least Second Class Lower Division obtained not earlier than 2014.
>>NYSC Certificate or Certificate of Exemption is a must.
>>The applicant must possess the Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with credit passes in Teaching Practice and Teaching Subjects obtained not earlier than 2014. In addition, the applicant should specialize in any of these subjects:
- Agricultural Science
- Computer Science
- Computer Science or Information Technology
- English Language
- Home Economics
- Integrated Science
- Nigerian Languages
- Physical and Health Education
- Technical/Technology Education
>>Applicants must not be above the age of 35 years old.
>>The applicant must not be currently engaged with the NYSC, N-Power, or any similar scheme.

The eligible candidates should proceed to the Federal Teachers Scheme (FTS) Recruitment portal https://fts.admissions.clouds
Fill the online application form and upload the requested credentials as well as a recent passport photograph of the applicant.
The application portal will be open starting from Thursday 10th September to Thursday 24th September.
The screening test shall be on Saturday 10th October by 9:00 am and shall be a computer-based test.
