Delta State Civil Service Commission is inviting applications for the vacant position of Consultant Special Grade II, Conm 06 (Dental Surgery; Public Health; and Haematology) in the commission, interested persons are hereby invited to apply but should endeavor to possess all the criteria requested for this position as seen below.
The Delta State Civil Service Commission was established by the Constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria as a statutory body and a Non- ministerial Department bestowed with the responsibilities of employing candidates into offices in the State civil service, Dismiss and exercise Disciplinary Control over candidates holding such offices.
The Commission is also empowered by the Law to oversee transfers, Exit, Reinstatement, Adjudication of Appeals, and Protests taken against erring Civil Servants. The Annual Report highlights the commission’s achievement during the period under review, Training Programmes enjoyed by Civil Servants and their Gross Personnel Emoluments paid during the period.
Like previous Reports, It is published for the information of the Delta State Civil service and the general public. The Delta CSC mission is to ensure effective and efficient management of Civil Servants’ careers and quality service delivery for the State while providing a competent leadership that will make Civil Servants better and ensures that the impact is sustained.

Requirements
Interested candidates must possess NYSC Discharge Certificate and the requisite qualifications for this position as follows:
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or its equivalent and Fellow of West African College of Surgeon or National Post Graduate Medical College of Nigeria with a current practicing license of MDCN;
