Purpose of Job

Leads the strategic direction, development and implementation of technology-driven i-Marketing activations and implementation, in coordination with the marketing teams across the territory. The focus will be to drive innovative ways to engage our consumers and build digital capabilities in the area of external operations for all the activated brands with the support of suppliers (web and content generators) and partners (other technology or media companies to increase brand connections). 

Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement and evolve the digital strategy to support the achievement of the brand (s) volume, value, market share, distribution and equity objectives/ targets as agreed with Head Marketing.
  • Strategic development of I-marketing initiatives for the portfolio of all required brands
  • Lead the development of the social connections strategy that is fully integrated with Core Creative Ideas across Owned/Earned/Shared/Paid connections to deliver brand objectives while deriving greater impact from our advertising and integrated communication efforts for core or development brands.
  • Provide input into marketing plans by developing the digital roadmap as part of the Annual Business plans. Create a Strategic implementation framework. Input into brand briefs.
  • Supervise implementation and localization of projects across the territory (web, social, mobile, search, E-commerce, other), Handles the Connections Planning/Media.
  • Manage Digital & Media budgets efficiently and effectively deliver long-term sustainable competitive advantage at lowest possible costs (annual negotiations); benchmarking to measure competitive advantage on an ongoing basis; and developing strong relationships with key social agencies
  • Regular interactions and recommendations were provided to marketing teams on campaign ideas and execution.
  • Ensure Agencies drive amplification of CCI (Core Creative Idea) on assigned I-Marketing projects
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Ensure that Project Reports & Dashboards are delivered on time for all key brands with comprehensive narratives, learning and implications.
  • Ensure delivery of reports for Media Message Management, Social Listening reports, Competitor review and After-Action reviews of KPIs for all campaigns, and monitoring and tracking of progress.
  • Further design, build and maintain our social media presence across brands & categories. Build social media guidelines per specific brand/category.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure excellence in brand execution across all activation levers (across channels, including e-commerce) partnering with key commercial stakeholders and collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Monitor campaign results within the relevant tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360 etc.), suggest optimizations and challenge media managers & agencies to deliver high-quality media placements at an efficient cost
  • Development of dashboards to monitor data-driven marketing campaigns & media best practices and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices, research competitors, provide suggestions for improvement and thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Manage and train the team members


  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Multiple years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Web Trends, Socials, video and display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that inform, engage and motivate
  • Familiarity with web & graphic design
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong MS Office proficiency

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
Education and Experience
  • A first degree in any field of study.
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing roles preferably within an FMCG or digital agency.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
