HR Intern Job Responsibilities:
- Begins to develop a current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in the HR field.
- Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
- Draft and revise company policies
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
- Ensure the organization is compliant with social ethics & health and safety requirements, etc.
- Ensuring we meet all standards required for external audits
- Advising departments on how to improve continuously
- Carry out employee relations investigations as requested by the business.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Integrity and professional ethics
- Attention to detail
