- Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls.
- The receptionist will make sure that the reception area is presentable and tidy, with all necessary stationery and material such as forms, brochures, and pens.
- The role player will provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email.
- Receives, sorts and distributes daily mail/deliveries.

Requirements
- The applicant must possess at least OND or NCE certification in any Languages, Mass Communication, Business Management, Public Administration, Secretariat Studies, or any other related.

- Cooks prepare, season, and cook a wide range of foods.
- Works under the supervision of the Guest House Manager.
- Ensure the freshness of food and ingredients.
- Picks food orders from clients.
- Cook varieties of continental as well as intercontinental dishes.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients in accordance with recipes.
- Arrange, garnish, and sometimes serve food.
- Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes.
Requirements
- Must have five(5) credit passes in WASC/GCE/SSCE/NECO subjects including English Language and 4 other relevant subjects plus other professional training certificates.
- A minimum of 5 years of cognate experience is required.
Guest House Stewards

The Guest House Stewards will offer the following functions:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Ensure the proper setup of all side stations in the outlet.
- Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Ensure cleaning schedule is adhered to and to the required standard.
- Ensures all areas of the bars and restaurants are clean, including sideboards.
- Assist with transporting of stock from Department Store Rooms.
- Transport used linen to and from Housekeeping/Laundry for use in Food & Beverage service areas.
- The Steward may also carry out basic administrative tasks, for example answering phones, taking reservations, and giving out basic information.
