MYTV MALAYSIA INSTALLATION GUIDE AND FREQUENCY
MYTV Malaysia is a Digital Terrestrial Television provider (DTT) that offers free to view channels like TV1, TV2, TV3, TVi, TV Alhijrah, ntv7, 8TV, TV9 and Bernama News channel (BNC). It offers two types of viewing packages namely; MYTV Advance and MYTV Basic.
MYTV Advance allows the users to watch all terrestrial Television channels in Malaysia for free, it also offers internet connectivity to allow the viewers to watch more channels like Hybrid Broadcast Broadband TV (HbbTV) and many more while MYTV Basic do not internet TV, It offers terrestrial TV channels view.

Procedures for Installing MYTV Malaysia
- Switch off power source before connecting the decoder to any other devices.
- Connect antenna cable (UHF/Portable) at the ANT IN port at the back panel of the decoder.
- Connect HDMI or AV cable from the decoder to TV then switch the television to HDMI or AV depending on the port used.
- Switch ON the TV and Decoder.
- Select the preferred language by pressing OK. Use UP and DOWN to choose and OK to Select.
- Choose one of the antenna options depending on the type you want to use and your location.
- Fixed Roof Top.
- Powered Portable Indoor Antenna.
- Non-powered Portable Antenna.
- Mount the antenna outside (depends on the type you are using).
How to Scan MYTV Malaysia automatically
- Press Menu button.
- Select Channel Search.
- Select auto scan and press OK.
- Wait for a while until the scanning is complete and channel 1 will automatically appear.
- Select the desired channel and watch.

- Select Channel Search.
- Select Manual Scan and press OK.
- Search for the Strength and Quality bar to change to green which indicates good signal.
- Press Blue Button.
- Select the desired channel and watch.
