NDA 74RC Admission is currently ongoing for eligible candidates  who wish to further their academic activities alongside military courses in the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna (NDA) after which the graduates are awarded degree certification in these below-listed courses:

• Civil Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Economics
• French
• Geography
• History and War Studies
• Political Science and International Relations
• Defence and Security Studies
• Psychology
• Arabic
• Accounting
• Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Management Sciences

The cadets upon graduation would also be absorbed into Nigeria Military as commissioned officers meanwhile all applicants must possess the requirements listed below before proceeding to the application process.

Admission Requirements

Five (5) credit passes in O’level SSCE/ WAEC/ NECO or the equivalent of which Mathematics and English Language are inclusive plus 3 other relevant subjects.

JAMB result with at least 180 points for Arts, Social Sciences, and Science courses while a minimum of 210 points is required for Engineering course.

How To Apply

• Qualified candidates should proceed to the NDA application portal https://rcapplications.nda.edu.ng
• Follow the ‘Purchase Form’ link to generate an RRR code.
• Proceed to any commercial bank close to you and pay a non-refundable application fee of three thousand five hundred (3,500) Naira OR simply make the payment on the web using your ATM card (charges may apply).
• Log back to the NDA portal and complete your online application form.
• Upload the scanned copy of the requested documents.
• Check your application form for accuracy.
• Submit your application and print out your acknowledgement form.

NDA Post UTME Screening Requirements

All candidates must arrive at their various NDA Screening centres on Saturday 15th May with the following:

• JAMB Result.
• NDA  Acknowledgement Form.
• NDA Screening Test Admission Card.
• Two (2) postcard sized photographs (3.5 x 5 inches) which must show the candidates from chest to head with the candidate’s Name, Exam Number, State, Exam Centre, and Course of Study, and Signature written at the back.

Nature And Duration Of NDA Course

Admitted candidates will undergo academic and military training for 5 years for Nigerian Army cadets and Nigerian and 4 years for Nigerian Air Force & Nigerian Navy cadets after which the graduates are awarded an honours degree in their various disciplines as well as absorbed into the Nigeria Military as commissioned officers.

• The application deadline is 31st March 2022.
• Only the shortlisted candidates will be notified for the NDA Screening Test.
• Cadets administration and logistics expenses are catered by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
