Interventions And Expected P-YES Seed Empowerment Tools (SED) For All Beneficiaries

AGRICULTURE

Rice Processing

Successful beneficiaries will receive Mini Rice Mills to serve as a Seed Business Tool especially in rural farming communities.

Butchery

Beneficiaries who are successful will be empowered with P-YES fabricated Mobile and stationary Butchery machines and facilities.

Poultry Farming

Successful beneficiaries will be equipped with Day old chicks, feed, medications and poultry cages which will accommodate a minimum of 150 chicks. Not only these, but beneficiaries in this category will also receive Mobile (Tricycle) wheelers for the sales and distribution of eggs.

Fish Farming

Beneficiaries in this category will be empowered with Starter packs which include fingerlings, tanks, Inflatable tubes, and fish meal to start up their farm.

Fumigation

Successful participants who fell under this category will receive backpack sprayers, bicycles and necessary chemicals and this service is targeted at both rural and urban communities.

Irrigation

Participants that are successful in this category will be empowered with Irrigation/pumping machines.

Fresh Egg Delivery

This set will be equipped with wheelers for easy distribution of their eggs from poultry to the consumers.

FASHION & BEAUTY

Fabrics & Tailoring

Those who participated successfully in this category will be equipped with a sewing machine and garment making/designing machines.

Make Up & Cosmetics

Successful beneficiaries will be empowered with modern-day cosmetic kits and also have the option to be either mobile vendors or be stationed in P-YES provided tents.

Barbing & Hair Dressing

Trainees under this category will be equipped with clippers, customized cabins, hairdressing kits, and accessories to startups.

Photography

Beneficiaries here will receive mobile photography kits.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Confectionary

Successful participants here will receive a Starter Pack which includes Mobile Food (tricycle) Wheeler, Gas cylinder, oven, and other necessary materials.

Catering

Trainees who are successful in this category will be empowered with tents, chairs, coolers, pots, and Food (tricycle) wheelers for mobile food vendors. and other necessary equipment will be given to them in order to enable them to produce and market food, snacks, and drinks such as sugarcane juice, beverages, etc.

HEALTHCARE

Medical Doctors

This is a special category in which the participants must have received specified qualifications in the specified disciplines.

Pharmacists

This is also a special category in which the participants must have received specified qualifications in the specified disciplines.

TECHNOLOGY ACQUISITION

Welding

Trainees under this category will receive training in metal fabrication and welding after which they will be equipped with tools such as welding machines to establish their own business.

Car Wash / Vulcanizing

Successful beneficiaries will be trained in car wash/Vulcanizing and also automobile servicing to complement the services of the car wash/Vulcanizing after which they will be empowered with the necessary tools comprising pumping machines, tents, wheel balancing equipment, car service bays and lots of others to startup.

Tractor Assembly

Successful trainees will receive training on tractors and other farm implements servicing as well as locally fabricating and assembling of tractor parts.

Auto Mechanics

Beneficiaries will receive training in modern-day car diagnostics and repairs using modern techniques and will be empowered with the necessary equipment provided by P-YES.
