Teach for Nigeria is a volunteer program just like Npower which is organized for unemployed Nigerian graduates who are not above the age of 35 years.

The Teachfornigeria is currently recruiting new candidates who will be trained in leadership skills and as well build on their classroom teaching experience that equips them with leadership skills to effect change beyond the classrooms in the communities of operations at Lagos, Ogun, and Kaduna, Nigeria.

The successful and deployed Teachfornigeria candidates would receive eighty thousand (80,000) Naira salary on monthly basis.

This program is not a new one, though it is new in Nigeria it had been in existence in over 40 countries such as Bangladesh (teach for Bangladesh), Ghana (teach for Ghana), India (teach for India), Nepal (teach for Nepal), US (Teach for America), UK (teach for the UK), etc.

Teach For Nigeria’s model is based on the proven success of the organizational network in over 40 countries worldwide which few are aforementioned.

Application Procedures

Stage 1: Registration

• Visit the application portal www.tfaforms.com/4801289
• Follow the on-site guide to complete the application.

Stage 2: Online Test

If you are shortlisted based on qualifications, you will be invited to take an online test.

Stage 3: Assessment Center

If you performed tremendously in the Online Test, you shall be invited to the Assessment Centre, which is the final stage of the selection process where, you will teach a 5-minute lesson, take part in a group activity, and participate in a one-on interview with the assessors.

Applicants will be notified of their application status before the end of the recruitment cycle for the current year fellowship.
