- The applicants must be HND holders or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be registered with COREN or other relevant professional bodies.
- NYSC Discharge/ Exemption Certificate.
- Those with previous work experience in a University or Industry based Laboratory would have an added advantage.

Department of Veterinary Surgery and Reproduction
- The applicants must be HND holders in Science Laboratory Technology with Biochemistry/Chemistry or Clinical Biochemistry Option.
- Must be registered with the Nigerian Institute of Science Laboratory.

- Those with previous work experience in a standard laboratory would have an added advantage.

Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development
- The applicants must be HND holders in Home Economics, Hotel and Catering Management or B.SC. Home Economics/Food Science.
