Kwara State Poly ND/HND Admission Full/Part-time 2020
Kwara State Poly is inviting the general public for applications into 2020/2021 session of its National Diploma Part-Time Programme and its Higher National Diploma (HND) Part-Time and Full-Time programmes.
However there are specific requirements needed from the interested applicants before proceeding to the applications, the requirements are grouped below accordingly.

Requirements for the National Diploma (ND) Part-Time Programme
- Candidates aspiring for the National Diploma (ND) Part-Time Programme must possess credit pass in five (5) O’ Level SSCE, NECO, GCE and NABTEB subjects in which English Language and Mathematics are compulsory with 3 other relevant subjects depends on the candidate’s department, with no more than two sittings.
- Candidates for the National Diploma (ND) are advised to sit for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Requirements for the Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes
- Candidates must be National Diploma (ND) holders with a minimum of Lower Credit in the relevant fieldo.
- Candidates must possess credit pass in five (5) O’Level SSCE, NECO, GCE or NABTEB subjects in which English Language and Mathematics are compulsory with no more than two sittings.
- Aspirants must present evidence of a one-year Post-National Diploma (ND) Industrial experience.
- Candidates with Pass Grade in the National Diploma (ND) must have at least two years Post-National Diploma (ND) Industrial experience.
- Candidates applying for the HND courses with options must specify their interesting options in the Application form.
- Aspirants who chose different courses other than that of the courses acquired in their ND programmes will be rejected for the HND, for example, holders Of ND Computer Engineering will be rejected into HND Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology or HND Computer Science.
- ND Mass Communication Holders will be rejected into HND Public Admin.
- However, Candidates aspiring for HND Mining Engineering Technology who have acquired ND Mineral Resources Engineering, Mineral and Petroleum Resources Engineering or Mining Engineering Technology will be admitted.
- Candidates for HND “Metallurgical Engineering Technology should be graduates of ND Metallurgical Engineering Technology onlyâ€.
- Candidates aspiring for Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology (Post-Harvest option) must possess a minimum of Lower Credit grade at National Diploma (ND) programme in Agricultural Technology, Agricultural Engineering Technology, Agricultural, and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology, or Food Science Technology.
- Applicants for HND Full-Time programme must include the JAMB Registration Numbers used for their ND programmes, failing to do so will cause automatic disqualification.
- “Applicants should have remedied their O Level deficiency before applying for the HND programmes.

- Pay Ten Thousand (10,000) Naira, application fee through the ‘College Pay’ service using your ATM card, (bank charges are not included and the fee is for every candidate).
- Sign up and fill the application form as instructed in the portal.

- Candidates sitting for the 2020 November/December Ordinary Level Examinations are not eligible for admission.
