General Requirements For The Edo State Civil Service Recruitment
- Candidates must have the minimum academic and professional requirements for each position as stated below.
- Computer literacy is a must.

Laboratory Technicians (Medical) (GL07)

- Applicants must have SSCE WAEC Certification.
- Applicant must have gone through a three-year training in a recognized Institution.
- Must be a registered member of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology of Nigeria for Technician.
Medical Records Technicians (GL07)

- Applicants must be registered members of any of the Association of Medical Records Technicians/ Chartered Institute of Medical Records Technicians or evidence of registration of the Institute of Medical Laboratory prescribed three years’ training programme.
Assistant Estate Officers (GL06 )

- First Examination of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with A pass.

Assistant Livestock Superintendent (GL06)

- The applicant must have gone through the two (2) year training course for Assistant Livestock Superintendent in a recognized Veterinary School or Animal Health Institution.
Agricultural Superintendent (GL07)

- A minimum of two (2) years’ cognate experience is a must.
