UBTH Centre For Training Community Health Officers Ekpoma Admission 2020
Applications are currently ongoing for admission into the UBTH Centre For Training Community Health Officers Ekpoma 2020/2021, interested and eligible candidates are hereby invited to apply as soon as possible before the deadline.
The program which will run for 2 years will lead to the award of Higher Diploma certification in Community development upon successful graduation.
Interested applicants should ensure that the below criteria are met before proceeding to the application process as all payments are non-refundable.

The applicant must be a holder of SSCE WAEC/.NECO/GCE certification with at least five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics obtained at not more than two sittings.
Diploma in Community Health (DCH) certification with at least two (2) years post qualification experience is required.
OR
Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) certification with at least five (5) years post qualification experience.
How To Apply
Qualified candidates should go to any bank in Nigeria and make a non-refundable payment of ten thousand (10,000) Naira using REMITA Platform to UBTH TSA ACCOUNT after which the payment evidence should be taken to school, CTCHO UBTH, Benin-City and obtain the application form.
Important Notice
All forms must be filled and submitted to the school on or before 3rd August 2020.
Candidates should come along to the interview with the following documents:
- Application fee evidence of payment (Bank Receipts).
- SSCE/GCE/NECO
- Valid or Current Practice License.
- Abridged Certificate/CHEW Certificate/ DCH Certificate (as applicable).
- Evidence of change of name (if applicable).
The written test shall be on Wednesday 5th August 2020 while oral interview shall be on Thursday 6th August 2020 and selection/admission is based on candidates’ performance.
Candidates should come along with the originals and photocopies of their credentials to the examination Centre.
